On Sunday, 14 October 2018 Aristotle University Racing Team Electric – Aristurtle presented its third electric racing car, Iris! The event took place in Makedonia Palace and all our team’s achievements and chronicle was presented, as well as some information about our third racing car construction.
Visitors had the chance to watch all our racing cars and meet the people behind the car. The major updates of our team’s racing car are the following:
– Weight reduction of 40 kg
– Compact structure of the chassis, reducing the overall weight and length
– Weight reduction of 5 kg using carbon made aero package
– 180% more efficient battery management system
– 32 bit embed microprocessor STM-32
– More reliable electrical system
– Custom made telemetry, increasing our car range
